If you are an experienced caregiver looking for a high-paying weekend gig, we are hiring Weekend Overnight On-Call Caregivers. This is the perfect opportunity to earn a guaranteed "standby" income and a premium hourly rate when you are called into action.
But first, please only apply if:
- You have at least 5 years of professional caregiving experience.
- You have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- You can provide a negative TB test (within 1 year) and current CPR certification.
- You can commit to being fully available Saturday and Sunday nights (7PM–7AM).
- You are able to report to any client within Montgomery County within 1 hour

How the Pay Works:
- Earn while you wait: Get paid $5/hour ($60/night) just for being on standby and available.
- Premium Work Pay: Get paid $22/hour the moment you are called in to help a client.
- Pick up more: Earn $18/hour for any extra shifts you choose to work during the week.
What You’ll Do (If Called In):
- Support clients with bathing, dressing, and incontinence care.
- Assist with transfers and mobility during the night.
- Provide companionship and a safe environment for seniors.
- Respond quickly—you must be able to reach a client within 1 hour of a call.
