We are seeking dependable, caring, and flexible On-Call Caregivers to join our team. In this role, you will be available to step in when regular caregivers are unavailable, ensuring our clients continue to receive uninterrupted care. - Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, etc.)
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and exercises
- Support with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
- Be available to accept shifts on short notice, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior caregiving or healthcare experience preferred (CNA/HHA certification a plus)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Compassionate, dependable, and flexible with scheduling
- Flexible scheduling with on-call availability
