You know what it takes to provide elite care. Now, help us find the next generation of caregivers who share your passion. We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist who understands the homecare industry from the inside out to lead our hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts.

This is a professional office role perfect for a high-performing caregiver looking for a stable weekday schedule and a path into Healthcare Administration.

As our Recruitment Specialist, you are the face of Assisting Hands to every new applicant. You will use your field experience to screen for quality, empathy, and competence.

• Talent Scouting: Post ads, source candidates, and conduct interviews to meet our weekly hiring goals.
• Onboarding Excellence: Manage background checks, TB testing, and compliance documentation to ensure every hire is "field-ready."
• Retention & Engagement: Be the point of contact for new hires during their first 90 days and manage our employee referral program.
• Community Outreach: Represent Assisting Hands at local job fairs and build relationships with CNA schools and career centers.

• Stable Schedule: Weekdays, 3 days a week typically 9 am – 5 pm.
• Professional Development: We provide training in HR systems, recruiting metrics, and leadership.

• Pay: Starting at $20/hour.
• On-Call: One week per month (rotational) with a $120 stipend.
• $300 annual Continuing Education benefit.

• Field Experience: 2 years in healthcare/homecare (Caregiver, CNA, or HHA experience is a major plus).
• Communication: A professional, engaging personality that makes candidates excited to join our team.
• Organization: The ability to manage multiple "hiring pipelines" without letting details slip through the cracks.
• Tech Literacy: Proficiency in Google Drive, and a willingness to master Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
