Your Responsibilities Overnight:
- Routine Assistance: Helping clients transition through bedtime and morning routines, including hygiene and dressing.
- Constant Vigilance: Maintaining a watchful eye throughout the night to ensure client safety and peace of mind.
- Direct Care: Supporting mobility needs, light cleaning, and breakfast preparation.
- Communication: Using our digital tools to document care and report any health changes to the management team.
Candidate Requirements:
- Background: At least 1 year of caregiving experience (this can be professional or personal).
- Education: Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
- Transportation: A personal vehicle with active auto insurance in your name is required.
- Technology: A working smartphone for scheduling and documentation.
- Health & Safety: A negative TB test (within 12 months) and a current CPR/AED certification (or the ability to obtain these quickly).
- Screening: Must be fluent in English and able to pass a comprehensive background check.
