Position Summary
We are seeking dependable, compassionate caregivers to join our team. Caregivers will assist clients with daily living activities, provide companionship, ensure safety, and help maintain a positive, comfortable home environment. Ideal candidates are patient, trustworthy, and passionate about making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting) as needed
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Support activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if required
- Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying)
- Remind clients to take medications (non-medical reminders only)
- Follow the client’s individualized care plan
- Report changes in the client’s condition to the office promptly
- Maintain accurate daily care notes
- Ensure a safe environment and respect client dignity at all times
Qualifications
- Experience as a caregiver, PCA, HHA, DSP, or CNA preferred (we can train the right candidates)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Willing to work with a start-up company and help build a positive team culture
