Role Overview:

As a Caregiver / CNA at Assisting Hands Home Care, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate and personalized care to our clients in Taft, TN. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with a dedicated team to support seniors and individuals in need, ensuring they maintain their dignity and independence. You’ll have the flexibility to work part-time with schedules available throughout the week, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist clients with meal preparation and nutrition monitoring.
• Offer medication reminders and support for compliance with health plans.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
• Provide companionship to enhance the emotional well-being of clients.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

• Valid CNA certification or equivalent caregiving experience.
• Strong communication skills, particularly in English.
• Compassionate approach towards senior care and client interaction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various schedules, including weekends.

Bonus If You:

• Have experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities.
• Possess additional certifications in elderly care.
• Speak another language to assist our diverse clientele.

Employment Type & Availability:

This is a Part-Time position that may include weekends.

Location:

This position is on-site only in Taft, Tennessee, serving clients primarily in the surrounding area.
