ASRT, Inc. provides scientific, information management, management consulting, bioinformatics, and administrative program support to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other Federal and private sector clients. The successful candidate will be a full-time employee of ASRT, Inc. and will be assigned to support a Defense Health Agency (DHA) initiative in Falls Church, VA.
SCOPE OF WORK
The Business Office Manager will support the DHA senior leadership and solution delivery team by providing comprehensive executive administrative and office operations support. Responsibilities include managing official taskers, documentation, meetings, and logistics to ensure smooth daily functions within the DHA environment.

Major Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide executive administrative support for leadership within the DHA solution delivery team.
- Maintain, track, and evaluate all official DHA taskers and correspondence using Government-furnished tools.
- Prepare, coordinate, and finalize office correspondence and documentation.
- Manage leadership appointment calendars and coordinate schedules effectively.
- Organize and maintain official files per DHA records management guidance.
- Assist with meeting coordination, including agendas, off-sites, and team meetings.
- Manage conference room calendars, handle visitor protocols, and maintain office supply inventories.
- Support internal communication and team collaboration across departments.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education And Experience
- At least 6 years of experience in Program Management, Office Management, or a related administrative role.
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Communications, or related field.
- Active Public Trust Clearance.
- Familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) and the Defense Health Agency (DHA) operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and SharePoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Proven ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Experience managing taskers and official correspondence in government settings.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional leadership calendars and team logistics.
