Continuous Vetting (CV) Quality Control Analyst
The primary responsibility of the Continuous Vetting (CV) Quality Control Analyst is to certify proper case processing in accordance with contractual requirements. The QCA is a subject matter expert who certifies accuracy, consistency, and quality specifications within the CV process. This position supports the Case Processing Operation Center (CPOC) within our Defense and Intel Operating Group.

Continuous Vetting (CV) Quality Control Analyst
The primary responsibility of the Continuous Vetting (CV) Quality Control Analyst is to certify proper case processing in accordance with contractual requirements. The QCA is a subject matter expert who certifies accuracy, consistency, and quality specifications within the CV process. This position supports the Case Processing Operation Center (CPOC) within our Defense and Intel Operating Group.
Key Role/Responsibilities
- Perform internal and customer required inspections on Continuous Vetting case processing functions.
- Act as a subject matter expert that will be a key contributor to the evolving Trusted Workforce 2.0 initiatives.
- Report inspection results to appropriate department and/or customer leadership teams.
- Analyze relevant data, case items and function processes to determine improvements or alternate workflows.
- Identify and document inaccuracies on assigned work items.
- Create and maintain work processes and procedure manuals.
- Meet with Operations, Training Managers and/or Customer to evaluate inspection results; recommend and implement corrective action.
- Respond to additional customer requests as needed.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with customer performance standards and defined metrics to include Trusted Workforce 2.0.
- Other assignments/projects as needed to support department, contract or business needs.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in education and experience in lieu of a degree
- Demonstrated Continuous Vetting functional experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to interpret and analyze data.
- Problem solving skills.
- Thorough attention to detail.
- Experience with Database Management and applications.
- Effectively communicate with team members both written and verbal.
- US Citizenship, due to nature of work performed and contract requirement.
- Must pass a government background investigation.
- Work will be performed on-site in Iron Mountain, Boyers, PA or remote. Remote option may be temporary, or by approval from manager and customer.
- Experience working in the Government services industry is preferred.
- Physical activities requiring reaching, bending, kneeling, stooping, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, feeling repetitive motion, walking and standing.
