Work location:Onsite (Monday – Friday) / Walter Reed National Military Medical Center
Clearance: Public Trust; ability to successfully complete a government issued background investigation

Responsibilities
- Develops teaching outlines and determines instructional methods, using knowledge of specified training needs and effectiveness of such methods as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, or workshops.
- Prepares, organizes and heads training sessions covering standard training, specialized training or counseling in designated areas.
- Prepares training plans and curriculum.
- Develops computer-based training with tools such as Adobe Captivate. Developing outlines, narratives, and/or storyboards from source materials, and identifying graphics, videos, photographs and/or narrations to be used for training and program development.
- Performs individual and classroom training for the use of computer hardware and software that translate analytics into viable data.
- May be responsible for supervising and/or training those with less experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience working with distance learning tools and presenting in a remote setting
- Certifications: ITIL 4 Foundation
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- Successfully complete a government issued background investigation
