Aspirus Health in WAUSAU, WI is seeking a STRATEGIC ACCOUNT MANAGER ASPIRUS HEALTH PLAN to join our ASPIRUS HEALTH PLAN team!This position is focused primarily on the retention of:
- Existing small groups with 50 or less employees
- Groups with a level-funded product
- Select large groups (50 employees) with risk policies
HOURS: Full Time, 1.0 FTE, 80 hours every two weeks
Experience/Qualifications
- 2 year Associates Degree preferred with minimum of high school diploma
- Accident and Health License for which training will be provided
- Positive attitude
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to prioritize workload
- Ability to think strategically
- Proficient computer skills
- Possesses a valid driver's license required travel as needed between Madison and Wausau.
- Annual competencies as required by Aspirus and/or various regulatory agencies based on entity and/or job position.
