Role: Senior Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) SME
Location: San Jose, CA / Texas - Remote with occasional travel
Duration: 6 Months
Type: Contract
Required Experience
- 10 years in the Oracle ecosystem with strong expertise in Oracle Guided Learning (OGL).
- Experience implementing OGL with Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM, or EPM.
- Strong knowledge of digital adoption, change management, governance, and user adoption strategies.
- Ability to design OGL frameworks, review solution architecture, and provide strategic guidance.
- Experience working with business leaders, functional teams, and executive stakeholders.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
- Experience supporting Oracle Cloud implementations through go-live and post-production.
Preferred
- Experience across multiple Oracle Cloud implementation projects.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud release management.
- Experience with Fortune 500 clients.
- Oracle certifications (preferred).
- Exposure to other Digital Adoption Platforms (DAPs) and organizational change management.
