Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI/GenAI solutions using Python
- Build, customize, and deploy AI agents using LangChain
- Develop and integrate MCP servers, tools, and custom agent capabilities
- Create scalable agent architectures and intelligent workflows
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI-driven business solutions
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative approaches
- Drive technical design, implementation, and optimization of AI applications
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on expertise in Python development
- Experience designing and building AI/GenAI solutions
- Ability to architect and develop Agentic AI systems
- Strong experience with LangChain framework
- Experience creating and integrating custom tools/functions with AI agents
- Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and MCP tool integrations
- Experience building multi-agent workflows and AI orchestration frameworks
- Strong problem-solving skills with an innovation mindset
- Ability to design scalable AI architectures and proof-of-concepts
Preferred Skills
- Experience with LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, etc.
- Exposure to RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, and AI deployment
- Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) is a plus
