• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of residents' speech, language, and cognitive function
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address resident needs and goals
• Provide speech, language, and cognitive therapy to residents, utilizing a variety of evidence-based techniques and strategies
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident evaluations, treatment plans, and progress
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and developments in the field
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current licensure in the state of Missouri
• Experience working with older adults and individuals with cognitive and neurological impairments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
