- Assist occupational therapists in the delivery of occupational therapy services to residents, including evaluation, treatment planning, and implementation
- Conduct daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address resident needs and goals
- Participate in interprofessional team meetings to discuss resident progress and develop effective care plans
- Maintain accurate records of resident progress and treatment plans
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to educate them on resident care and treatment plans
