We are looking for a skilled and motivated Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to our residents. As a key member of our healthcare team, Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, promoting a positive living environment, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
- Conduct initial assessments and develop comprehensive care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the healthcare team and family members
- Educate residents and their families on disease management, medication use, and other health-related topics
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care and services
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and optimal care
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services
- Current Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Current CPR Certification
- Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
