Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing medical treatments, and monitoring vital signs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure excellent patient outcomes
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Missouri
- Experience in long-term care or a related setting preferred
