Key Responsibilities:
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by a licensed nurse.
- Accurately document medication administration and resident responses.
- Observe residents for side effects and report any adverse reactions to the nursing team.
- Assist with daily living activities as needed, including personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility support.
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations.
- Promote a safe and clean environment for residents and staff.
- Valid Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification in Missouri.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience in long-term care or a similar healthcare setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Salary : $20 - $22
