As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Aspire Senior Living Excelsior Springs, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents
- Collaborating with our nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns to our nursing staff
- Participating in resident activities and promoting a positive and engaging environment
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Missouri
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to our facility's policies and procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent required
