Responsibilities:
- Lead by Example: Oversee and direct the nursing staff to ensure seamless delivery of care, meeting the highest standards of quality and patient satisfaction.
- Develop and Implement: Create and implement care plans, policies, and procedures that align with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with other departments, including admissions, marketing, and activities, to ensure a comprehensive approach to resident care and satisfaction.
- Monitor and Improve: Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement, implementing changes to enhance resident care and experience.
- Provide Education and Training: Offer ongoing education and training to staff members, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide exceptional care.
- Foster Open Communication: Encourage open communication and feedback from staff, residents, and families, actively addressing concerns and implementing solutions.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field; graduate degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Licensure: Current Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) license; CPR certification and other certifications as required by company and regulatory agencies.
