Schedule: Flexible Hours | 12-Hour Shifts (Days/Nights Available)

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Perform resident assessments and monitor condition changes
- Communicate with physicians, families, and healthcare team members
- Accurately document care in resident charts
- Supervise CNAs and assist with staff coordination
- Follow facility policies and state regulations to ensure quality care
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri
- CPR certification (preferred)
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional
