Schedule: Part-Time
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in residents' rooms, common areas, and other facility spaces
- Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules, including dusting, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces
- Restock supplies such as paper products, soap, and cleaning supplies
- Handle waste disposal in a safe and sanitary manner
- Report any maintenance needs or safety hazards to management promptly
- Follow health and safety regulations and infection control policies to ensure a safe environment
- Assist with laundry duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred, especially in a healthcare or long-term care environment
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and follow specific cleaning guidelines
- Friendly, positive attitude with a commitment to providing excellent service
- Must be able to lift, bend, and carry items as needed (up to 30 lbs)
