(COTA) Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant

Aspire Senior Living Pleasant Hill, a premier resident-focused care provider, is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join their in-house rehab team. Our beautiful community offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with a great rehab team and plenty of activities for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and administer treatment to residents and patients with temporary or long-term disabilities to relieve pain, restore or improve function, and promote healing
• Assure all treatment is delivered in accordance with an established plan of care
• Provide clinical support and instruct patients, families, and caregivers
• Monitor patient response to treatment intervention
• Complete required forms and documentation in accordance with company policy and state/federal regulations
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Valid Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license in good standing in MO
• Long-term care experience preferred
• Proven work experience as an Occupational Therapist Assistant
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
