Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, resident-centered care to our senior population, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Observe and report any changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of care provided
- Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Support the nursing staff in maintaining a safe and clean environment
- Demonstrate a commitment to teamwork and a positive attitude
- Current CNA certification in the state of Missouri
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
