Responsibilities:
- Administer medications, treatments, and other medical interventions as prescribed by our medical staff
- Provide resident care and support, including assistance with daily living activities
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to our healthcare team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medication administration and resident care
- Collaborate with our healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for our residents and staff
- Current certification as a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) in the state of Missouri
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with assistance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and caring approach with residents and families
- Increased Nursing Shift Differential – Up to $4/hour (eligible nursing positions)

Salary : $20 - $22
