Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and as directed by our nursing staff
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing staff
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide support with mobility, transfer, and ambulation
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of medication administration and resident care
- Collaborate with other care team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide assistance with meals, snacks, and hydration
- Current Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of experience as a CMT preferred

Salary : $19 - $23
