Responsibilities:
- Administer medications to residents as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with our policies and procedures
- Monitor residents' vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation
- Provide personal care services, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed
- Assist with mobility and transfer patients as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all medication administered and vital signs taken
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure residents receive high-quality care
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
