About the Role:

As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at Aspire Senior Living Roaring River, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality physical therapy services to our residents. Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to design and implement individualized treatment plans that promote optimal physical function, independence, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed physical therapists in the assessment, planning, and implementation of patient treatment plans
• Conduct physical therapy interventions, including exercises, modalities, and other treatments as deemed necessary
• Provide education and training to patients and family members on proper body mechanics, exercise techniques, and safety precautions
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and progress

Requirements:

• Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program from an accredited institution

• Current Missouri state licensure/certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and caring approach to patient care
