Advanced Physical Therapy is looking for a dedicated, patient-centered Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient clinic team in Rogers, AR. If you love working hands-on with patients and want to be part of a supportive team that truly values your contributions — we want to hear from you.

Our Rogers clinic is a collaborative, upbeat environment where you’ll work closely with our PT staff to deliver exceptional care and help patients reach their goals every day.

What You’ll Do

• Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions with a focus on patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes to the supervising PT
• Collaborate closely with PTs and front office staff to deliver exceptional care
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with clinic and regulatory standards
• Contribute to a positive, patient-first clinic culture

What We’re Looking For

• Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program
• Current Missouri PTA license or ability to obtain prior to start date
• Genuine passion for patient care and clinical excellence
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
