Certified Medication Technician (CMT) Responsibilities:
- Administer medications to residents as directed by a licensed nurse or physician
- Document resident information accurately and thoroughly
- Maintain a clean and organized medication cart and storage area
- Assist with resident care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Report any concerns or changes in a resident's condition to the nursing staff
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement personalized care plans

Certified Medication Technician (CMT) Requirements:
- Current certification as a Certified Medication Technician (CMT)
