Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care
Assess the physical and emotional needs of residents, develop and implement individualized care plans, and document progress and outcomes
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nurse manager or director of nursing
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records and reports
Provide emotional support and guidance to residents and their families
