Role Description This full-time, on-site Registered Nurse role is based at Myers Clinic in Rolla, MO. The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care, including assessments, vital signs, medication administration, lab draw, and coordination of treatments under established clinical protocols. Daily responsibilities include supporting physicians and nurse practitioners, assisting with procedures, documenting care in the medical record, and educating patients and families on health conditions, medications, and preventive care. The nurse will collaborate with the clinical team to manage patient flow, triage phone calls, follow up on test results, and help ensure a safe, welcoming environment. This role contributes to continuity of care by building ongoing relationships with patients and supporting their health across different seasons of life.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri, in good standing.
- Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, medication administration, and basic procedures such as lab draw and IV treatment in an outpatient setting.
- Proficiency in electronic charting (Myers Clinic uses Athena), and maintaining accurate patient records. Willingness to scribe for the doctor or NP is valued.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary care team.

- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage patient flow, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
