As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for:
Providing direct resident care, including administering medications, performing wound care, and managing chronic conditions
Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitoring and reporting resident condition, progress, and concerns to healthcare professionals
Collaborating with other care teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care and communication
Required Qualifications:
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Missouri
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Compassionate and empathetic approach to resident care
