Aspire Senior Living New Florence are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for our Full-Time Shower Aide to join our dedicated team! As a Shower Aide, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, showering, and grooming
- Provide supportive care to residents, promoting independence and dignity
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' physical or emotional condition
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to infection control protocols
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Requirements
- Must have an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Missouri
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to resident care
