About the Role:
As an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with Aspire Senior Living New Florence, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents, including:
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and performing treatments
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and communication
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and committees
- Foster a positive and respectful work environment
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements:
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Missouri
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Preferred experience in a Skilled nursing, senior living or related setting.
- Ability to work variable shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
