Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality personal care services to our residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, transferring, and ambulating residents
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to ensure timely interventions and quality care
Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and other team members
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry standards
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Requirements:
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Missouri
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents with assistance, as needed
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
