Schedule: Full-time
Monday – Friday 11am - 7pm
Travel: Home and community-based (must have valid driver's license and reliable vehicle)

Are you passionate about supporting youth and families in achieving emotional, behavioral, and social growth? We are seeking a dedicated Therapeutic Mentor / Therapeutic Training & Support Worker to join our dynamic team! This unique dual role works directly with children, adolescents, and their families in partnership with clinicians to provide skill-building, mentoring, and therapeutic support in both home and community settings.
What You'll Do
As a Therapeutic Mentor (TM), you will:
- Work one-on-one with youth to build communication, social, and life skills.
- Support and coach clients through real-life scenarios in the community.
- Foster growth in conflict resolution, emotional regulation, and interpersonal relationships.
- Collaborate closely with therapists, care coordinators, and other professionals.
As a Therapeutic Training & Support (TT&S) Worker, you will:
- Help implement clinical treatment plans developed by licensed clinicians.
- Teach youth and families how to manage emotions, build resilience, and access community resources.
- Provide short-term stabilization, crisis support, and skill development.
- Participate in treatment planning, safety planning, and ongoing case collaboration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a human services field
- At least 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, or transition-age youth
- Minimum age: 21
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using Electronic Health Records (training provided)
- CPR/First Aid Certified (or willing to obtain)
- Valid MA driver's license, access to a reliable vehicle, and a good driving record
- Must be flexible, compassionate, team-oriented, and able to engage "hard-to-reach" youth
