Pay: From $18.00 per hour (W2)
Schedule: Full Time | Flexible Hours
Location: Josephine County, OR
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, mentor, and train caregiving staff (home care aides, personal care assistants)
- Conduct client assessments and ensure strong caregiver/client matches
- Support scheduling, communication, and performance evaluations
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company policies
- Provide coverage for caregiving shifts when needed—ensuring no visit goes unfilled
Qualifications:
- 2 years of caregiving experience (home care, senior care, or related field)
- Proven leadership or mentoring experience (Lead Caregiver, Care Coordinator, or similar)
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and data entry
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
