Care Advocate

We're hiring a Care Advocate (Caregiver Supervisor / Care Coordinator) to lead, mentor, and support a team of caregivers in Josephine County. This full-time position is ideal for someone who loves caregiving but is ready to grow into a leadership and management role within the home care field.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour (W2)

Schedule: Full Time | Flexible Hours

Location: Josephine County, OR

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, mentor, and train caregiving staff (home care aides, personal care assistants)
• Conduct client assessments and ensure strong caregiver/client matches
• Support scheduling, communication, and performance evaluations
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company policies
• Provide coverage for caregiving shifts when needed—ensuring no visit goes unfilled

Qualifications:

• 2 years of caregiving experience (home care, senior care, or related field)
• Proven leadership or mentoring experience (Lead Caregiver, Care Coordinator, or similar)
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and data entry
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
