About The Role

We are seeking a Bakery Clerk to join our team at our Hazleton, PA bakery. As a Bakery Clerk, you will be accountable for supporting front‑office operations, visitor management, production reporting, and administrative coordination to ensure smooth daily operations in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Shift & Schedule

• Shift: 1st
• Hours: 6AM – 2:30PM
• Weekend availability: Required
  
  

Core Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing)

• Manage front‑desk operations by greeting visitors, handling calls, and coordinating visitor and contractor sign‑in
• Support production operations through accurate reporting, data entry, and documentation
• Create and maintain weekly production, attainment, waste, and downtime reports
• Process purchase orders and administrative requests to support production schedules
• Maintain organized records, logs, and reference documentation in compliance with company standards
• Communicate effectively with Production leadership and cross‑functional teams
• Maintain a clean, professional work area and report any safety, security, or contamination concerns
  
  

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring To The Table)

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math in English
• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SAP
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and decision‑making skills
  
  

Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients For Success)

• Previous experience in a food manufacturing or production environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Experience supporting production reporting or administrative functions
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
