Data Centre Technician – US
Location: Onsite / Colorado
What You’ll Do:
Join my client’s innovative data centre team in Colorado as a critical technical support specialist. This full-time, on-site role is essential to maintaining cutting-edge ai infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, and supporting technological excellence.
Core Responsibilities:
• Ensure data centre availability and reliability
• Perform in-depth hardware and network diagnostics
• Conduct root cause analysis across hardware and software failures
• Develop and maintain technical documentation
• Provide hands-on support, including assembling and installing complex equipment
• Maintain and calibrate diagnostic tools; perform routine and emergency maintenance
• Participate in an on-call rotation for out-of-hours support

• Proficiency in network configuration
• Experience with Linux operating systems
• Ability to develop automation solutions
