The algorithm engineer is responsible for developing and assessing physics-guided machine learning algorithms for optical metrology systems and related applications. Effective implementation of these algorithms can introduce new application features to address customer requirements in advanced nodes.
Your Assignment
- Develop and optimize physics-guided ML algorithms to extract metrology data from multiple optical systems
- Assess ML algorithm performance against criteria and highlight areas for improvement
- Document code, parameter tuning, and present project outcomes
- Current MSc or PhD candidate in computer science, physics, electrical engineering, material science, or with equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years' experience in signal and image processing through related coursework or projects.
- At least 2 years' experience in machine learning, including classes or projects, Generative AI models, and use of PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Proficient in at least one programming language (Python, MATLAB, C/C ).
- Ability to read and interpret data, information, and documents
- Ability to complete assignments with attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with colleagues
- English communication skills required, both written and oral
