Job responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the cutting-edge algorithm team to engage in the implementation of the industry-leading World Model architecture, supporting environmental modeling, planning, and policy learning initiatives.
- Construct an end-to-end general training pipeline for next-generation embodied intelligence models, covering the following key areas:
- World Model framework construction and model training optimization
- Large-scale interactive data collection, annotation, cleaning, and VLA model training in simulation environments (e.g., Isaac Sim, MuJoCo)
- Design and implementation of sim2real fine-tuning strategies to enhance the generalization ability and robustness of models in real-robot applications
- Model deployment and online evaluation management
- Deliver reproducible, deployable, and high-performance VLA models, along with supporting best practices and technical documentation.
- Develop automated pipeline agents and related models to realize one-stop pipeline generation and scheduling, spanning task definition, data preparation, training initiation, evaluation, and deployment.
Job requirements
- Hold a Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Automation, or related disciplines.
- Possess proficient understanding of common model architectures and algorithmic principles, including Multimodal Large Language Models (MLLM), Reinforcement Learning, and World Model.
- Demonstrate strong interest or practical experience in the field of embodied intelligence.
- Have experience in distributed training (e.g., TRL, LLaMA-Factory, Verl), coupled with solid engineering practice capabilities and proficient debugging & development skills.
- Possess experience in robot simulation (Isaac Sim / MuJoCo) or hands-on operation of real robots.
- Have achieved at least one of the following:
- Published papers in top-tier international conferences such as NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML, CoRL, ICRA, or IROS
- Developed high-quality open-source projects or produced runnable video demos (e.g., hosted on GitHub, YouTube, etc.)
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in training system performance analysis and development, with the ability to optimize training efficiency and resource utilization.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud-native training platforms, and the ability to collaborate efficiently with the platform team to promote project advancement.
- Proven track record of delivering AI solutions to clients, with excellent communication, coordination, and cross-team collaboration skills.
