We are looking for an experienced Kitchen & Bath Designer / Sales Associate who can combine creativity, design expertise, relationship-building, and sales ability to help customers create beautiful, functional spaces.

If you can walk into a room, quickly build rapport with customers, understand what they are trying to accomplish, and confidently guide them toward a design solution, we'd like to meet you.

This is an excellent opportunity for a design professional who enjoys working directly with customers, managing projects, and being rewarded for strong sales performance.

What You'll Do

• Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, budget, and project goals.
• Develop customized kitchen and bath design solutions.
• Create and present design concepts and renderings.
• Develop detailed:
• Floor plans
• Elevations
• Material specifications
• Design layouts
• Guide customers through product and design selections.
• Present recommendations and help customers make purchasing decisions.
• Communicate with clients regarding the status of open orders and projects.
• Follow up consistently on leads, quotes, and prospective customers.
• Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously.
• Staff the showroom when not attending client appointments.
• Build relationships with remodelers, builders, contractors, and other design professionals.
• Participate in networking and business-development activities.
• Participate in company training and professional development programs.
• Maintain accurate project and customer information within the CRM.

What We're Looking For

Required Experience

• 5 years of kitchen design and sales experience.
• Professional experience working directly with customers.
• Experience taking a project from initial consultation through design and sale.
• Strong understanding of kitchen and bath design principles.
• Proficiency with 2020 Design Software.
