We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven HR Coordinator to join our PEO team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in helping our clients and their teams succeed through exceptional HR support, collaboration, and service.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records, benefits data, and HR documentation in accordance with company policies and federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave management, and open enrollment coordination.
- Provide day-to-day HR support by responding to employee inquiries, interpreting policies, and ensuring consistent application of company procedures.
- Support compliance efforts by ensuring adherence to all applicable labor, wage and hour regulations.
- Assist in the development, interpretation, and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Including creating company handbooks and conducting external and internal employee trainings.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive employee information.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR or benefits administration (PEO or multi-state experience a plus).
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
- High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) .
