- Coordinate and support talent acquisition efforts by managing applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, or iCIMS to streamline recruiting processes.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are welcomed and integrated smoothly into the company culture.
- Assist in employee evaluation processes, performance management initiatives, and training & development programs to promote continuous growth.
- Administer benefits programs, including benefits enrollment, benefits administration, and handling inquiries related to health insurance, retirement plans, and workers' compensation.
- Maintain accurate HR data entry and records management using HRIS platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or UltiPro; ensure data collection is precise and up-to-date.
- Support compliance with employment & labor law requirements such as FMLA, OSHA regulations, affirmative action planning, and contracts management.
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns promptly and facilitating conflict management strategies to foster a harmonious work environment.
- Contribute to organizational design initiatives and change management projects that align with strategic planning goals.
- Extensive knowledge of human capital management practices and workforce management strategies.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems such as Workday, ADP, Paychex, Kronos, or Ceridian; experience with ATS platforms like Taleo or iCIMS is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of employment & labor law including FMLA, OSHA standards, workers' compensation policies, and contracts administration.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams and manage employee relations tactfully.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in training & development initiatives along with talent acquisition strategies including social media management for recruiting purposes.
- Ability to implement change management processes and support organizational restructuring efforts confidently.
- Familiarity with payroll systems such as Paychex or Dayforce; knowledge of benefits administration platforms like PeopleSoft or UltiPro is advantageous.
