HR Manager
Location: Dover, FL
Are you passionate about building great teams, improving productivity, and making an impact through people? We’re looking for a results-driven, ethical, and service-oriented HR Manager to develop and grow our HR Division and help shape the backbone of our company culture and operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive Excellence in Hiring: From planning staffing needs to making job offers, you’ll lead the full-cycle hiring process—ensuring the right people are in the right seats.
- Own Onboarding & Training: Ensure new hires are productive from day one. Design onboarding and training programs, conduct knowledge checks, and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain Stellar Employee Records: Keep digital personnel files accurate, compliant, and always audit-ready.
- Support Smooth Exits: Ensure offboarding is seamless, respectful, and fully compliant with policies and legal requirements.
- Boost Performance: Monitor employee efficiency, lead company reward programs, and ensure every team member is set up to succeed.
- Monitor Policy Adherence: Help to implement new policies, keep them updated, and make sure everyone who is supposed to know them still know them and follow them.
- Maintain working office equipment and software: Ensure that all technical issues are solved with technical support and necessary schedule maintenance. If equipment is broken, it is immediately replaced or repaired.
