Role Details:
· Schedule: Full-time, direct-hire role
· Compensation: $100,000–$110,000 (six-figure compensation package)
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and file probate petitions and supporting documents
· Manage trust administration matters, including accountings, distributions, and trust termination documents
· Prepare fiduciary accountings and assist with estate tax returns (Form 706) and gift tax returns
· Coordinate with attorneys, beneficiaries, CPAs, financial advisors, and fiduciaries
· Maintain organized case files and ensure full compliance with court requirements and deadlines
Qualifications:
· 6 years of probate and trust administration experience
· Strong knowledge of probate procedures, estate tax returns, trust accountings, and related filings
· Ability to work independently, manage multiple matters, and meet strict deadlines
· Excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal practice management software
