Probate/Trust Administrator Paralegal
Our client is seeking an experienced Probate/Trust Administrator for a full-time, direct-hire position. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels in managing complex estate and trust administration matters with accuracy and care.
Role Details:
- Schedule: Full-time, direct-hire role
- Compensation: $100,000β$110,000 (six-figure compensation package)
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file probate petitions and supporting documents
- Manage trust administration matters, including accountings, distributions, and trust termination documents
- Prepare fiduciary accountings and assist with estate tax returns (Form 706) and gift tax returns
- Coordinate with attorneys, beneficiaries, CPAs, financial advisors, and fiduciaries
- Maintain organized case files and ensure full compliance with court requirements and deadlines
Qualifications:
- 6 years of probate and trust administration experience
- Strong knowledge of probate procedures, estate tax returns, trust accountings, and related filings
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple matters, and meet strict deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal practice management software
