Job title: Global Adoption Lead, Innovation Transformation

Location: Fort Worth, TX 76134 (Onsite)

Duration: 6-9 months

Pay rate - $40/hr. - $50/hr. on W2

Job Description:

As a team member of the Innovation Transformation PMO, this roles responsibilities will include:

• Contribute to a holistic Adoption, Communication Strategy and Roadmap for digital transformation initiatives
• Collaborate with Workstream Leads, PMO, Steering Committee, and SMEs to ensure successful transformation
• Support the overall training strategy inclusive of best practices, modalities, success metrics and lead implementation with project leaders.
• Ensure integration of training to project milestones and alignment with Clients standards for learning (GxP, LMS, etc.)
• Design and implement innovative learning strategies that enhance business performance and outcomes, fostering a continuous improvement process for learning and growth
• Continuously evolve the Global Adoption Toolkit, inclusive of templates, tools, and guidance for site- and product-level execution
• Assess impact and identify potential risks, inclusive of approaches to address anticipated resistance as well as capability for impacted groups
• Develop adoption plans and training curriculum in partnership with all stakeholders to ensure clear and timely communication and training regarding the change
• Work with workstream leads / teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan
• Lead / contribute to the design of scalable training programs and communication strategies to facilitate process and technology adoption
• Evolve measurement approaches for readiness, adoption, and effectiveness of change planning utilizing metrics and other means
• Partner with project managers to ensure smooth execution of training and communications that maximize employee adoption/usage
• Bring insights on industry trends and best practices in change management and/or change adoption in the context of digital transformation

Preferred skills:

• Change Management Professional (CCMP) or Prosci Change Practitioner certification
• Basic understanding of software validation principles and life-cycle management.
• Basic understanding of GXP requirements for training and records management for medical devices.

To successfully meet the job requirements, the candidate must possess the following skill set:

Technical Skill Level:

The candidate will currently possess 8-10 years of experience in the following technical skills in order to quickly take on assignments with moderate to minimal oversight, with consistent and reliable accuracy:

• Microsoft Excel proficient to expert
• Microsoft Word proficient
• Microsoft Outlook proficient to expert
• Microsoft PowerPoint proficient to expert
• Learning Management Systems (e.g. Veeva, Plateau, etc.) - proficient
• Platforms used for digital training content development / management (e.g. Udemy, Teach Me, Articulate 360, etc.) - proficient

Soft Skills:

The candidate will currently possess the following soft skills that will ensure the professional integrity of the Training program:

• Ability to learn and to strategically analyze complex stakeholder (end user) needs, business processes and workflows to anticipate opportunities for adoption and training to drive positive change.
• Exceptional listening, oral and written communication skills to clearly articulate messages that resonate with a variety of audiences to facilitate understanding
• Sound organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as to get things done through others
• Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
• Familiarity with industry best practices and standards
• Visually creative with professional presentations, training materials, communications, etc.
• Professional approach to classroom and self-directed approaches to adult learning

Education:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent years
