Job Title: Customer Support
Location: South Jordan UT 84095
Duration: 6 Months (Possible Extension)
Pay Range: $20 to $22/ Hourly
Job Description:
- Bachelors degree or prior call center experience preferred
- Handle inbound calls for account-related service inquiries
- Provide accurate, efficient responses while meeting performance metrics
- Support areas include cash management, online banking, mobile app, and general account queries
- Deliver high-quality, professional customer service
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a financial service setting.
