NetSuite Administrator (Manufacturing) – Hands-On

$130K–$150K base

Local candidates in the greater Austin area strongly preferred.

If you’re the person people go to when NetSuite breaks… this is that kind of role.

This is a manufacturing company where NetSuite is in place, but it’s not being fully utilized. There are gaps between how the system is set up and how operations actually run.

They don’t need someone to manage vendors or sit at a high level.

They need someone who can:

• Get into NetSuite and fix issues

• Build workflows and improve processes

• Support inventory, MRP, and supply chain

• Work directly with operations and warehouse teams

• Eliminate manual workarounds

At the same time, this role does have ownership. You’ll help shape how NetSuite should be structured as the company grows.

This is a good fit if you:

• Have been hands-on in NetSuite (admin, analyst, or consultant)

• Have worked in manufacturing or distribution

• Enjoy solving problems and improving systems

• Prefer building and fixing vs managing

You don’t need to be perfect across everything. If you’ve been in NetSuite and know how to make it work, that’s what they’re looking for.
